This adds the ability to enable one of the two checks LBP1 requires in order to expose most playlist-related things to the user (the other one being the network_settings.nws file sent by the server having to contain AlexDB true). I've tested this on LBP1 v1.30 on both PS3 Hen and RPCS3.
